Player Registration Information |

The fees for registration are as follows:
•$150.00 per player
•$100.00 for 2nd athlete in the family
•For 2009-2010, each family will be required to pre-purchase $50 in NYS 3-number Lotto drawing tickets (10 tickets@$5 each) as part of the registration package. This is an important fund-raiser, and additional tickets are available for all families.
•Pushers to be paid by organization
You will also have to register with USA Hockey

Forms will be provided to complete for insurance and medical information updates, along with your general information such as email addresses, phone number, cell number and home address.
Included in your registration fee is a jersey with name and number and socks for you to keep, USA Hockey insurance, ice time for games and practice, referees, a sled and sticks for your use to be returned to the organization.
You will need to have your own helmet, neck guard, shoulder pads, gloves, elbow pads and shin guards. It is recommended to have sturdy shoes or old ice hockey boots (without blades) to wear and protect your feet.
